$500,000 Reward for Edison Chen’s Hand

First, Hong Kong triad gangsters were said to want actor Edison Chen dead. He fled Hong Kong at the outset of the scandal after early rumors that someone had given the 'underworld order, to kill' him.


Now, word has it that another underworld figure has offered a HK $500,000 (US $91,000) reward to hack off one of his hands, reported Apple Daily Hong Kong.
Chen has apparently been targeted by the triads after hundreds of obscene photos of him and several female celebrities like Cecilia Cheung, Bobo Chan and Gillian became very public online.

The photos were stolen from his laptop computer and posted on the Internet. A person calling himself "Kira" has been the key figure in the release of the release of the pictures online. On Sunday, more photos of Chen and Chan were circulated online.

Apple Daily HK, quoting a police source, reported that someone is planning to harm Chen when he returns.Speculations are that the triad link members of his current girlfriend's family are among those who want to hurt Edison. His girlfriend, Vincy Yeung is one of the victims and her father and uncle are members of the triad/leader of the triad so to say.

Chen is now lying low in Boston, on the advice of his management company, Media Asia. Vincy Yeung attends university in Boston.Edison planned to return to Hong Kong last Saturday and hold a press conference on Sunday, but pulled out at the last minute, saying he had something to attend to.

The other reason was that AIG Building in Hong Kong's Central district allegedly declined to lease its premises for Chen's press conference, citing security reasons.
In addition there are reports that Hong Kong based movie investors have black-listed Edison Chen, temporarily will not consider hiring him.

The source told Apple Daily HK that the underworld figure who offered the reward is targeting not only Edison, but also all other persons involved in distributing the photos. Kira better watch out because the Hong Kong underworld wants a piece of him too.

The police are said to be treating the informers' reports seriously and that it is keeping the said underworld figure under surveillance.Chen is said to be keen to fly back to Hong Kong as soon as possible as he wants to resolve the fall-out quickly.But his management company reportedly decided to err on the side of caution by ensuring that his security would be taken care of, before allowing him to return.

Media Asia plans to hire bodyguards to give Chen 24-hour protection and for him to stay at a safe place.The company is believed to have asked Chen to be patient and wait for the security arrangements to be confirmed before flying back.Meanwhile, Chung made an appearance on a Hong Kong charity show on TV. Her second public appearance since the scandal erupted three weeks ago.

She was the first singer for the show on Sunday and even stood in the center during the group singing.However, Apple Daily HK reported that some angry netizens complained about her appearance to the Hong Kong Broadcasting Authority. Over 2,000 complaints have been filed by the public against the appearance of Gillian Chung on Sunday’s TVB show to raise money for the victims of China’s recent snow storms. The complainants said it was inappropriate for her to appear on TV so soon after the scandal. Gillian has apologized to her fans but refused to confirm if she was the one in the pictures.

Just when you thought the Edison Chen photo sex scandal could not get any worse, new shocking reports just hit the fan. Some newspapers are reporting that Edison's "interesting" photo collection didn't only contain pictures of nude Hong Kong actresses and singers like Gillian Chung and Cecilia Cheung but also the wives and daughters of predominant businessmen and members of Hong Kong's elite society.

It is true that Edison certainly has had his way with many women over the years being a leading man in HK movie scene but if this is true, his career is dead. Five companies have apparently canceled their contracts with Edison and he may also face lawsuits for violating the terms of contracts. It is reported that Edison has been blacklisted in Hong Kong entertainment industry.

The idea that Edison Chen had secret sexual affairs with the wives of rich and powerful men other than Cecilia Cheung is putting the HK elites in a panic. Out of the 1300 "Kira" reported having; only about 460 have been leaked so far.

Edison was undoubtedly a “playboy” in his own league and once wagered with a director that he had nude photos of female starlets. The director didn’t believe him and in the end lost 100 thousand HK dollars to Edison.

There is trouble too for Cecilia Cheung, with rumors Nicholas Tse has discovered she cheated on him after they got married and he wants a DNA test for their son Lucas. Meanwhile Police in Shenzhen have arrested 10 people for producing and selling CDs of the images. People in Hong Kong are not permitted to possess images relating to the Edison Chen photo sex scandal.

With no more new photos release by “Kira” or any progress made by the police in the past few days, more speculation filled the papers just to keep the scandal going until Edison made his schedule statement later this week.

Budak Jolai Leaked Cell Phone Video

A Felda settler who made recordings of his sexual acts with a woman for his “own viewing pleasure” is in big trouble after the clips were widely circulated and ended up in the hands of the police. The sex tape called Budak Jolai is circulating around Malaysia, which features a 52-year-old Malaysian man and his 21-year-old female partner. The two were arrested on May 26 after the video clips became public and police found them. The man insists the tapes were made for his “own viewing pleasure”.

The 52-year-old settler and his “partner”, a 21-year-old woman, were arrested by police and are expected to be charged in the Sessions Court and Syariah Court soon. The cameraman who felt-up the young woman is expected to also be charged in the near future as well.
The man had sought the help of a 21-year-old friend to record the sexual acts in a hut in a rubber plantation at Felda Jelai 3 early last month.

The friend used his mobile phone to record the deed.

The recordings, under the title “Budak Jolai” (Budak Jelai), were circulated via Bluetooth and multimedia messaging service (MMS) to almost every settler in Felda Jelai 3 who had a mobile phone.

There were three recordings showing the man having sexual intercourse with the woman, believed to be from Felda Jelai 4.

The man had allegedly paid the woman RM20 to buy a prepaid reload card for her mobile phone as “payment” for her role in the 10-minute recording.

In the recording, the cameraman could be heard referring to the “main actor” as “pakcik” and instructing him what to do and what positions to take.

The woman was seen leaving the “set” abruptly midway through the final recording session as she was allegedly “bored” with the “main actor” who was more than twice her age.

According to sources, several shocked Felda settlers lodged a report as they were ashamed that such an incident could occur in their community.

A team from the Gemas police station detained the two “actors” from their respective homes in Felda Jelai 3 and 4 on May 26.

Also detained was the cameraman from Felda Jelai 3.

Sources also said that upon questioning, the 52-year-old told police that it was the first time he had sexual intercourse with a woman.

Tampin acting district police chief Deputy Superintendent Mohd Isa Ujang confirmed the arrests.

“They have been questioned and will be charged soon,” he said.

Meanwhile, several Felda settlers said they were very upset with the incident as it had tarnished the image of Felda settlers.

“We are shocked that such a thing happened right under our noses.

“Now everyone is talking about it and it is most embarrassing,” said one of the settlers, who did not want to be identified.
The sex tape was recorded at a rubber plantation in Felda, Malaysia on a mobile phone and circulated via Bluetooth to practically every settler in Felda at the Felda Jelai 3 plantation. And has spread to the rest of Malaysia resulting in a local scandal. The man stated that it was his first time ever having sex when questioned about the tapes.

Lead singer, Jay Kay, picked up Troyer by the collar and used him to block incoming laser beams being shot in his direction, then tossed him aside. Troyer made a cameo appearance in rapper Ludacris' Austin Powers in Goldmember-themed video of "#1 Spot", in which he plays the Mini-Me version of Ludacris.

Health Minister: Dr Chua Soi Lek

A tape showing Dr. Chua Soi Lek at the time a prominent senior politician, and a woman engaging in various sexual antics are being widely circulated in Tangkak, Batu Pahat and on the internet. Dr. Chua Soi Lek however, has admitted he's the man in the video and resigned from his position as health minister and claimed that; " Not only me who have personal affair that cannot come into the knowledge of the public. There are others politician who are same with me. You know who you are." He identified the woman simply as "a personal friend."


The DVDs are believed to be closed-circuit television (CCTV) recordings in a hotel suite. However, the hotel’s location and the date of the recording are not known.

The first DVD lasting 56 minutes has footage of four different camera angles of the hotel suite – the bed, living area, entrance to the bathroom and the main door. It purportedly shows Dr Chua Soi Lek and woman entering the room separately.

The second DVD lasting 44 minutes is said to show the couple engaged in sex acts on the bed.

Those who claim to have seen the two DVDs said they were convinced the man in the DVDs was the prominent politician based on his gait and mannerisms. The existence of the DVD was first reported in the Chinese dailies on Sunday while a Bahasa Malaysia daily reported about it.

News of the two DVDs are also being circulated widely on the Internet, adding to the controversy. Sources said the lurid DVDs were now difficult to obtain, as those holding them fear that the police would act against those distributing and being in possession of the DVDs.

The DVDs, with the name of the politician on them, were first reportedly left at various locations in Muar on Saturday for people to pick up. Some copies were also said to be distributed to shops in the town.

To deter those who wanna bag in some bucks from Chua Soi Lek video, the Malaysian police has warned:

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan said no police report had been lodged yet over the DVDs.

However, I urge the reporter with the newspaper that initially broke the story to come forward. We need to know how he came across the DVD,” he told TV3.

Bernama quoted Batu Pahat district chief Asst Comm Ibrahim Mohd Aris as advising those in possession of the DVDs to surrender them to the authorities.

He warned that anyone found in possession of the DVDs or caught distributing copies of them could be charged under Section 292 of the Penal Code and sentenced to three years' jail or fined, or both.

Datuk Seri Dr. Chua Soi Lek (Simplified Chinese: 蔡细历; born 2 January 1947) also known as Chua Kin Seng, is a former Malaysian politician from the state of Johor. He is married to Datin Seri Wong Sek Hin. They have three children.

He was trained in psychology and practiced psychiatry before entering politics through his involvement with the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA). He held the post of Minister of Health from 2004 until 2008.

On January 1, 2008, Chua admitted that he was the person featured in a sex DVD that was circulated in Johor. The girl was allegedly one of his personal friends. The two DVDs were distributed anonymously in Muar and other towns in Johor show Dr Chua having sex with a young woman. The DVDs are believed to be wireless hidden camera recordings in a hotel suite.

He claimed no involvement in the filming or production of the DVD in question, further stating that he would not resign over the scandal, instead leaving it up to Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to decide whether to allow him to continue holding his position. On January 2, 2008, he formally announced his resignation from all posts including Member of Parliament for Labis, Vice Presidency of the MCA, and as Health Minister at a press conference.

Chua refused to comment on who might be the person behind the making of the DVD, but stated that his biggest mistake was to use the same hotel and the same room.
